These terms and conditions may be changed, TQH TRADING INC. reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Therefore, we encourage you to review these terms and conditions when purchasing products from us or using our website.

Shipping

The freight has been prepaid and added to the summary account.

Shipping information Orders are usually shipped on the same business day or the next business day. Most orders will be sent first level USPS mail within 1-3 days, and sometimes UPS will be selected according to the type of order. We will ship your goods as soon as possible

All glassware, fragile items and bulky items must be transported by a common carrier. Glassware products do not accept UPS and Fed-Ex shipments (except for special orders).

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the post office box.

Shipping to addresses outside the continental U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO, will incur additional charges that are not reflected online. The total amount displayed at checkout is determined by the weight, size and destination of the package

Order ownership:

When the goods leave our warehouse, the customer owns the ownership of the goods.
